CLEANING: Our janitorial staff takes pride in professionally and thoroughly cleaning your offices. Normal janitorial duties for each suite are performed Sunday evening through Thursday evening. However, at least one staff member is on duty at all times during weekdays to assist with special cleaning needs and situations requiring immediate attention, such as spills. (coffee spills should be flushed with water immediately.)

We are eager to hear from you with regard to the service you are receiving. While we are constantly monitoring our janitorial service, we also rely on you for information. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, or have a suggestion as to how to improve it, please call the Property Management Office to discuss your ideas and concerns.

TRASH: The janitorial staff is instructed to empty and dispose of everything found in trash and recycling containers, without regard for their content. For your own protection, please do not use trash or recycling receptacles/boxes as storage containers. We cannot guarantee that items stored in this manner will not be mistaken for trash.

When discarding cardboard boxes or other items too large to fit in a waste container, please mark each box or item clearly with the word "TRASH" and locate them near the waste paper container in your kitchen area. If you have a special need to have a large amount of trash removed during the workday, our staff will be glad to assist you. All kitchen/coffee area waste containers are lined with plastic liners daily to assure that coffee grounds, food, and other "wet garbage" are disposed of properly. Please refrain from placing these types of trash in containers other than those properly lined.

Please do not put items intended for the trash in the hallway by the freight elevator until after 5:00 p.m. This is a courtesy to other tenants and their guests.

RECYCLING: Wright Runstad & Company encourages participation in the recycling program coordinated by Seadrunar Recycling. The recycling is collected in boxes at each desk. These boxes are then emptied by the janitors when they are half to three quarters full or weekly. If you need boxes, or want more information about the program, please contact the Property Management Office.

EXTRA SERVICES: Wright Runstad & Company offers delivery and pick up of garbage and recycling bins for a nominal charge. If your office is planning a large cleaning project, please make arrangements for this service with the Property Management Office.

CONFIDENTIALITY: If a tenant has confidential material which needs to be disposed of, the tenant must make any necessary arrangements. Please contact the Property Management Office at 206.224.1201 if you need guidance.
